I had an issue with my first shipment where the flavoring had opened in the bag and it was all over it. I reported the issue and was promptly sent a replacement free of charge. I will be ordering more products from Sarap just because you can't find great customer service these days. Thank you and I was able to bake my cupcakes over the weekend as planned.
