Overall the services are good
The refund procedure after cancellation of ticket is very slow I cancelled my ticket on 16 Jun 24 and till 27 jun24 my refund amount has not been credited I was told by the representative that it will be refunded in 7 working days it has been more than 10 days when I called again the representative again told me it might take 7 more days this is overall not a gud process you people need to improve upon it as any other place refunds with in 2 to 3 days the unnecessary delay is not understandable
