I had a terrible experience with SastaTicket when I tried to change a flight from July 10th to July 9th. It was an emergency, and when I arrived at Islamabad airport and requested the date change at the counter, it was processed. However, when I attempted to board, the staff informed me that his ticket had not been updated and denied me entry to the plane. I contacted SastaTicket customer service and explained the situation. Although they issued an AirSial e-ticket, the airport staff refused to acknowledge it. If the issue lies with the airport's computer systems, the passenger should not be penalized. SastaTicket should ensure the airport authority does not mistreat passengers in this manner. I can no longer recommend their service.
