1- No intimation on Flight cancellation.
2- Payment refund policy is not good at all ( 7 to 10 working days, Why?
3- They should also show trends of Flight cancellation at the time of booking so that customer can take decision based on those trends.
4- There must be some penalty on airline when they cancell Flight frequently.
This app should be customer friendly and facilitator.
