Your customer service hasn't improved since the last time I used this app. I really appreciate the way you keep the customer updated through text, mail, and on WhatsApp. But, your customer service reps do not have ANY trainings on how to deal with customers. Even if there's a high influx of orders, just drop a text that it's gonna take a while, please stay connected or I am here and working on your order wait for 4-5 mins, so that THE CUSTOMER KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON INSTEAD OF BEING LEFT ON HOLD. And please tell your representatives not to copy paste lines or paragraphs everytime. Be creative for once please. And Specially Mr. Atif who dealt with me this time, let the guy know how to keep the customer updated without just ghosting him. Thank you !
