I like your service and i am using freqeuntly form years, I've jsut booked flight ticket last week KHI to ISB for five persons, I have chosen names accordingly as given field (Mr. and Mrs) ie. But there was error in your system which is not showing prefix or gender (Mr / Mrs) . Since i have put my wife name Mrs. Afzal Bhutto, and Airline did't accept it, after that i have canceled that one and booked again with extra charges.
I think your system is not made smart, please correct it accordingly.
