Extremely poor customer service and the app Cancel Flight Feature has been disabled remotely by Sastaticket but you will see it in Sastaticket app. When you click cancel you will get error.
Sastaticket should remove this feature from your app or at least pick the call when someone calls you because most of the time it is urgent
