My flight was canceled, but I neither received an email nor a message from the company or Sasta Ticket. When I went to the airport with my family, I found out that my flight had already been canceled. I then tried to contact Sasta Ticket, but at first, I couldn’t get through. When I finally did, they told me that flights were available in the morning and evening the next day and that I would be adjusted accordingly. I asked them to book me on the morning flight.
However, even after two hours, my booking was not confirmed. When I contacted them again, they replied that no seats were available. I then asked them to book me on the evening flight, but by that time, all the seats had already been reserved.
Additionally, I was not informed that converting to the same airline would not require an extra payment. Instead, they first canceled my previous order and then booked a new one, charging me an additional PKR 9,285. Later, when I inquired about the charge, they told me that the order was canceled at my request.
Please tell me, is this fair? I am a regular customer, and I am extremely disappointed this time. I have been treated very poorly and received no compensation—only frustration and inconvenience. I am really disappointed.
