I booked two tickets for a maid (Naseem Akhtar who works in my school) and her brother. They had to go to Islamabad in an emergency. The booking process was very easy and fast. I also received the tickets immediately. But after that i received emails from Serene Air mentioning that my payment is not complete. I don't know why were these emails sent to me because the tickets were sent to me after complete payment.
