The company provides immediate and hastle free booking and refunds without complex proceses. I have suggested several times before to please revise the company name 'Sasta ticket' as there is no discounted fare offered, rather service charges are applied in addition to the actual airline fare. Also at the time of boarding , passengers feels a bit embarasement presenting ticket with printed "SASTA TICKET" on it, whereas in actual, it cost more thne the ticked purchased directly from the air line. I suggest to revise the name with BUDGET TICKET. a Humble request from a customer.
