I have rated 4 only because of the smooth website and the ease of use of it.
I have been a user of sastaticket since about the last 4 years and tbvh recently customer service is so bad now in terms of response time. it took them 4 to 6 hours to reply to my whatsapp and then closed the querry because I didnt respond for about 4 minutes I believe.
