Extremely Disappointed with Sastaticket Helpline
I've been trying to reach Sastaticket's helpline the entire day, I've called at least 20 times, and no one picked up. I also messaged them on WhatsApp but received no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely support for travel plans. Very frustrating experience.
