I am waiting for my refund on account of cancelled flight for last 9 days. When it the turn of payment from our side we pay in seconds then you confirm ticket. But when it is the turn of refund then you people make the process lengthyyyyyyyy............ Very poor experience with your company. Will never buy tickets through sasta ticket.com.pk and will never refer in one.
