on 25/4/25 at 2:30AM I booked 6AM tickets from Faizabad to Lahore on reaching bus stop bus attendant said this booking is for 26/4/25 and there is no refund/change policy so I bought 2 new ticket because my family was with me. latter I called sasta tickets help line same answer no refund policy with in 24 hours. but my question is why your ap change date at that time I thought this tickets is for today 6AM but actually that was next day tickets and I waist my and paid double amount Tue to tickets waist. There should be refund/change policy and please highlight my concern. please return my amount which you didn't facilitated too disappointed 😞
