I booked my ticket with order ID 4086385 and requested a reschedule for May 2, 2025. I was told to wait for a call since my ticket was booked, but I never received one. After that, I was informed that a representative would call me, yet still no call came. When I reached out via WhatsApp, I was met with the same frustrating 20-minute wait. This behavior from SastaTicket is both unprofessional and ridiculous. I have always purchased tickets without issue, but having to change my ticket and facing this kind of service is incredibly frustrating. This situation is unacceptable.
