Me aswell as my family has been a loyal customer of sastaticket since 2021 yet the service provided this time has been extremely disappointing
Charging 1300 something per ticket as service fee is a huge scam
And more so to add when i got 1200rs discount on using online pay i still got charged for the full amount what BS
Tried calling aswell as contacting online but no avail
Good bye you have lost a customer
Also ill be making sure to add a review on Facebook on the voice of customer to let everyone know that sastaticket has lost its credibility
