Today I called on customer care several times, only to know if the flight which I booked is still going to operate as per schedule...but in vain many a times only the pre-recorded messages were played and finally asked for call back request, although I did request for call back by clicking #1, but no one called back, then I went to Sasta Ticket office at Bahadurabad Karachi, to my surprise they told me that this office has no customer care facilities, but one duty officer was very kind and he connected me with sast Ticket customer care and the represented online mentioned that he will try to connect with whatsApp. When I came back home I found the messages
