Today I called on customer care several times, only to know if the flight which I booked is still going to operate as per schedule...but in vain many a times only the pre-recorded messages were played and finally asked for call back request, although I did request for call back by clicking #1, but no one called back, then I went to Sasta Ticket office at Bahadurabad Karachi, to my surprise they told me that this office has no customer care facilities, but one duty officer was very kind and he connected me with sast Ticket customer care and the represented online mentioned that he will try to connect with whatsApp. When I came back home I found the messages [07/05, 21:45] Sasta ticket Wattsapp: Dear Valued Customer, Welcome to Sastaticket.pk! Tickets will be valid until the 29th day after the flight departure, and penalties are charged per passenger per segment. NOW I SIMPLY WANT TO CANCEL THE TICKET AND GET THE REFUND.
