Since the issue is in national level I understand that support can take time, but one point I thought no one is going to answer. And finally I got a response that to understandable and supportive. What I'll look forward to is more consistent support when even like war or attacks are happening. And people are either stuck or worried. What actually helps is a human being answering their queries and making sure that they are heard. No chatbots not call recordings can ever help like a human interaction does.
