Over this time, I’ve consistently booked both personal and family travel through your platform, and I’ve always appreciated the excellent service and responsiveness. In fact, I’ve recommended Sastaticket to several friends and family members, many of whom have since made the switch from traditional travel agents.
Just last month, I booked tickets for my mother, wife, and daughter and, once again, had a smooth and pleasant experience.
However, I’m writing to express concern regarding a recent booking I made for myself to Istanbul via Fly Dubai. Unfortunately, the customer support experience this time has been quite disappointing. I’ve been trying to connect with your team for the past week to discuss and finalize this booking. Each time I managed to get through, the call disconnected mid-conversation, and I didn’t receive clear responses to my queries.
Despite this, I went ahead and booked the ticket through the app, still unsure about some travel-related concerns. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out again multiple times—at least 15–20 calls over the span of three hours—with no success or follow-up from your team.
As my travel date is approaching (Thursday), I urgently need assistance. I kindly request that you connect me with the appropriate person or team who can help resolve this matter promptly.
