Dear Sastaticket.pk Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the handling of my recent booking made through your website which I paid by Credit Card.
I received a booking confirmation, along with the PNR and ticket details, which indicated that my reservation was successfully processed.
However, I was later contacted by a representative from your team, who asked me to pay an additional Rs. 7,000 — despite my booking already being confirmed and paid for. To clarify the situation, I contacted SereneAir directly and was shocked to learn that Sastaticket.pk had initiated a refund request for my booking without my consent.
This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Once a ticket is issued and paid for, it is your responsibility to honor the booking especially when the customer has done everything correctly on their end. Requesting extra payment after confirmation, and then initiating a refund behind the customer's back, reflects poorly on your company’s integrity and customer service.
