You canceled the flight, but we are the ones facing humiliation. And now you're not even processing the refund. I'm calling your helpline, but no one is answering. When I message on WhatsApp, I get a reply after 5 hours. Every time I talk to a new representative and have to explain my issue all over again. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
This is the last time I’m booking a ticket from your website. I won’t use it again in the future, nor will I recommend it to anyone. In fact, I’ll advise those who are currently using it to stop as well.
