I booked flight through you. Flight delayed for 5 hours. It’s not matter of delay but neither airline nor Sastaticket messaged well in time regarding rescheduling of flight. I arrived at 7pm on airport and they told me flight will be delayed till 1:30 am the next day. 7 hours waiting without not even offered water by the airline. Till 9:30 pm no responsible person was available to assist. Fly Jinnah counter the rep was totally blank. Very bad experience from sastaticket as well as Fly Jinnah airline.
Next time I will never book through sastaticket
