Seamless booking but the service fee has increased to Rs-1500 which is way too high. People use Sastaticket for affordable prices and this service fee is counter productive to that. Also, previously I have booked flights through sastaticket and there were some major delays. I understand that it is not a problem at your end but maybe do not work with airlines which regularly screw over their passengers. People travel for different reasons including emergencies and these experiences make everything harder for them.
