Took half an hour to connect ro a representative and therefore I missed it.
I gave bank account number with branch code and bank name for refund and they still asking me for IBAN number where they could easily figured it out based on the info I provided. They still said the refund will only be processed when correct info is provided. Now I am waiting again to get connected for a while so that I can just give the IBAN number..
