I needed to purchase 2 time the ticket and wasted 465000. Because no one inform me about the change of policy ok UK. Via call they ask me they tried to call and email but I didn’t receive mail as well. And the worst thing was no one admit the mistake.
So i need to purchase a ticket for 2 times at same day.
Lolx if you do this to me now and will not compensate me then how i can spread your name in international market.
I am a regular traveler maybe after view this review and at least 50% of refund will make your name prior in my mind.
