Overall experience was good. There was some miscommunication on call that led me to a penalty of 510 rupees. Also due to rebooking I am not provided with sasta rewards. As per your support agent it will be awarded soon but i think I wont be provided.
So on top of service charges, merchant fees. I lost nearly 4500 rupees
