I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had with some of your representatives. During my recent interaction, I observed that the staff members were engaged in chatting and laughing among themselves, rather than attending to customers in a professional manner. Additionally, some of the questions being asked were inappropriate and made the situation quite uncomfortable.
As a customer, I expect a respectful and courteous environment, and I believe such behavior does not reflect the professional standards expected from a reputed airline like AirSial.
