I had booked 4 person tickets to fly from Lahore to Karachi on Saturday (28th June, 2025). Ticket of one person had to be changed and I contacted SastaTicket via chat and calls since Friday (27th June, 2025) but all the time they said you will get a call back. I reached Karachi and paid extra charges and got the ticket changed from Airline counter. This cost be 60% of the ticket price! If they would have called in time or changed earlier it would have saved be money and would have been better.
