Had a terrible experience booking from this website. My flight got cancelled twice. After calling multiple times to helpline some were able to help and some were trying to prolong the issue.
Better to directly get a travel agent rather than online. Amount refunded is still not being shown in my account and call center team said that please call again while making another booking to get amount adjusted whenever you want in future.
