Loan sharks! They do not respond to your Subject Access Request or give you incomplete information. I asked for the information they hold on my including the credit checked they carried out before approving a loan but they have refused. My guess they are hiding something. I will be writing to FOS and ICO with my concerns. Not long until they go into administration for all the unaffordable and high interest loans they gave to people.
