Amazing service excellent customer service. I receive my income monthly so requested to pay back my loan monthly instead of weekly and this was set up with no trouble by satsuma loans. (collections department) They understood that I like all of my payments due direct debits etc all to come out once a month so that I know exactly where I am. Although satsuma loans advised that their preferred method of collecting payments from customers is weekly they agreed to set this up for me.
I would recommend satsuma to anyone.
