Loans are organised on-line and repayments taken directly thru bank (direct debit style) but it's a lot cheaper to borrow same loan amount directly from Provident by doorstep loan, paying agent who visits each week to personally collect monies. Both loans meant to be thru same company, but no logical reason why Satsuma is more expensive, so be careful.
