They actually made me upset because ironically I am making repayments IN ADVANCE and they have amazingly labeled my credit file as being under an arrangement. This will obviously be viewed negatively by other lenders and what was supposed to be helpful has now become a big problem. Their staff are however very helpful and friendly.
