When i loaned for the first time i was afraid that i won't be accepted because of my credit rating is not at it's best due to the fact that i have credit card with Barclays and paying it off for years now , however i was accepted and loan was issued and i made promise on my behalf to always pay on time. Since then i had 5 or 6 loans with Satsuma from £100-300 and i chose Satsuma because they have good interest rates , they are cheaper than some others , don't know if cheapest one but overall as a customer i am happy with them.Another good side of the company is that if you find yourself struggling , you always can give them a ring and they will understand your position and move a date , great customer service every time you need to talk to member of Satsuma. Overall - Great !
