I applied for another loan online. The amount requested was transferred into my banking account almost immediately. I changed my mind the next day as my arrangements for the use of the loan had changed. I phoned asking to cancel this loan and my request was dealt with expertly and efficiently. The amount was transferred back to Satsuma on the same day. Thank you!
