i recently had a miss call and I called satsuma .I was told that I have missed the payment .I explained that I lost my debit card and I had to order a new one.I was under the impression if I had updated one loan the others will get updated automatically .
I was talking to Ms.Sagarika ,team member who took time to explain step by step. She was very professional,polite ,and friendly . After the telephone conversation I was so relaxed .I definitely recommend Satsuma ,and staff members like Sagarika they are an asset to the company .
