Despite being a good customer to my own bank, they would not consider me for a loan, even though they kept sending me notifications that I was eligible for a loan. So, when I had a sudden unexpected bill for my car and needed money, so I still had a car so I could still earn a living, Satsuma said 'yes' and showed better understanding than my own bank.
