Appalled at satsuma I applied for a loan on Monday which was preapproved it then sent me a email to send my bank statement which I did, I then had to communicate with them to find out they needed more evidence for proof of earnings which I sent and over 48 hours the loan is still pending and no communication from satsuma after I contacted them again. This is not the way to run a business very disappointed.
