The most shocking service I have ever encountered with any creditor....EVER. Completely incompetent. I have been waiting on a reply from then regarding my payment plan FOR OVER 2 WEEKS!!! Completely pamming me off....do NOT care about their customers in the slightest, completely unethical company. I have now complained about them to higher above as they haven't had the decency to contact me back regarding my situation. Honestly, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE WHO ACTUALLY CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
