I have been eating and drinking Saturo for a few years now.
Saturo is a great meal when you're on the go, don't have time or the alternative would be any fast food.
I don't feel as guilty after a Saturo as I do after a pizza.
It contains all the necessary nutrients, is good for digestion and tastes good.
