I enjoy Saturo mostly as a quick + healthy breakfast. Super convenient and the dissolving is much better than other drinks I compared. Taste is totally fine for me, multiple options do exist (Although the natural powder does not come close to the taste of the Natural Saturo Bottle). Pros: + All important foodwise stuff is included + Cheaper than its competitors + Quick and super convenient meals + Production chain seems to be Austria and Germany, basically local/ European production Cons: - Drinks do not "fill" the stomach, so I would not suggest replacing 100% all of your meals with it. I prefer having solid lunch or dinner after having a shake as breakfast (also could not find a study, meaning science does neither have pro nor con for replacing all your food with shakes yet) - Can be relatively pricy if you do not only use powder
