I have tested Saturo, several years ago, at that time I tried it to live exclusively on Saturo for 3 weeks, which worked very well. Now I'm going to try it again, for a 14 day trekking Iceland tour - due to pack size and nutrient density, there is really nothing comparable that can cover most of the nutrients in such a compressed form. I will report again after the tour, but am optimistic that this has been the best decision for the purpose.
Note: A Ketogenic version would be very interesting, especially since there is nothing on the market.
