Saturo drinks, esp. strawberry are excellent, dont make me feel heavy or bloated, unless some competitor brands. I dont really enjoy the powders, they have a certain graininess and bitterness to them. But drinks are a staple in my kitchen now. The manage subscription options on the website are a bit confusing at first. However, all in all this is the best product on the market for me so far
