The only issue I experienced was the delivery of my product being delayed past the paid delivery date. Of course saveonlaptops outsource delivery to a logistics company and this issue wasn't there fault. Saveonlaptops refunded my delivery fee. My laptop arrived in perfect condition, packaged well and everything was as I would expect. Shopping with save on laptops was easy and reliable, with the cheapest price I could find anywhere and the service first class. Highly recommend! I will most definitely be a returning customer.
