Great service marred by a little "personal touch"
The laptop arrived promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery by email and by phone. Everything seems in good order. The only tarnish was the discovery of fingerprints on the computer as it was give a free memory upgrade - it would have been nice if the "upgrader" had simply buffed these away before returning it to the packaging.
