Whilst I was delighted to receive my Lenovo ThinkPad E555 and am delighted with the product. The supplier failed to give me the reason why my order was "put on hold" for three days and was not released until I chased the order by telephone.
The order appears to have then been despatched promptly and delivered the following day by courier.
Excellent value for money.
