If a computer literate friend had not helped me with the set up, I would have been completely lost. I liked the old models where you just switched on. These are loaded with a lot of stuff you just do not need and it had to be disinstalled. They are not loaded with a good word processing system from windows s but a lot of unneeded stuff. It would be better to keep it read for non-techs.
