I have not yet opened the laptop as it has only just come but I can comment on the ordering etc. I found the website very easy to navigate and I found that the product details were very comprehensive so it was easy for me to compare products and decide which laptop to buy. I found the bundle to be a great price. The ordering was easy and I was surprised at how quickly the goods were delivered. It was just a few days between ordering and delivery. I will leave another review after I set the laptop up. It is a Christmas present so I think it will be gratefully received.
