The laptop was advertised the laptop with 2 years warranty. Upon registering the warranty found it had only one year. I emailed with; When I registered the warranty for this laptop it only came up as 1 year. On the sales invoice it states 2 years. I emailed MSI, they state I should have a warranty extension certificate, this was not with the laptop. Could you send me the certificate or code for the warranty extension, thanks? Otherwise very happy with my purchase and your service.
