They took 25% out of my money when I returned the laptop as faulty and they claimed it wasn't.
Despite my please they didn't do a full refund so I didn't get the laptop and also lost 25%, so be careful before buying.
Another worst thing is that when they want to get money from you (sales, pre-sales) they are available on phone, but for returns it is only via email, so make it slower and painful.
